This Privacy Policy explains how Project Timesheet ("the app", "we", "us"), provided by Infigen, handles information when you use it inside Microsoft Teams or a web browser.

1. The Short Version

Your timesheet data is stored in a secure database maintained by Infigen. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

2. Information the App Processes

• Timesheet data you enter — project names, hours, and dates.
• Project & team data you create — projects and the team-member email addresses you add to them.
• Basic Microsoft profile details — your name and email/UPN, used to identify you and label your entries.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored in a secure database maintained by Infigen. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data at all times.

4. How the App Accesses Your Data

The app uses the Microsoft Graph API with the permissions an administrator in your organization consents to. It acts only as the signed-in user and within the scope of the granted permissions.

5. Authentication

Sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) via the Microsoft Authentication Library. We never see or store your password; authentication tokens are managed by Microsoft and stored in your browser only for your session.

6. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not share your data with third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your projects and timesheet entries at any time through the application interface. If you wish to have all your data removed, please contact us.

8. Security

The app relies on Microsoft 365's security controls for authentication and access. Data storage is secured by Infigen with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
