These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Project Timesheet ("the app"), provided by Infigen. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Project Timesheet is a time-tracking app that lets you log hours against personal and group projects and export your entries. All data is stored in a secure database maintained by Infigen.

2. Requirements

Use of the app requires a valid Microsoft 365 account and the permissions consented to by your organization's administrator. Availability of features depends on your Microsoft 365 configuration.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Use the app in compliance with your organization's policies and applicable law.
• Maintain the security of your Microsoft account credentials.
• Only add team members and access projects you are authorized to.
• Ensure the accuracy of the timesheet data you enter.

4. Your Data and Content

You and your organization retain full ownership of all data created through the app. Infigen stores your data securely and does not claim ownership of your content. Your data is used solely to provide the Project Timesheet service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability and "As Is" Basis

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Microsoft 365 configuration. The app depends on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph services, which are outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infigen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

8. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and remove it from Microsoft Teams. If you wish to have all your data removed, please contact us at the address below.
